Directions
Step 1
In a small saucepan, bring the milk to a boil.
Step 2
Reduce the heat to low and pour in the oats. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the oats are soft and have absorbed most of the liquid, about 5 minutes.
Step 3
Remove from heat, cover and let stand for 2-3 minutes.
Step 4
Stir in maple syrup, peanut butter, vanilla extract and a pinch of salt. Top with banana slices.
