Directions
Step 1
In a bowl, combine flour and baking powder.
Step 2
In another bowl, combine NIDO milk, egg, sugar, butter and salt.
Step 3
Add the dry ingredients to the bowl containing wet ingredients and combine.
Step 4
In a griddle over medium heat, pour 1/4 cup of the mixture. Let cook 1-2 minutes then drop blueberries into each pancake. Cook until bubbles form. Flip when golden brown on each side.
