Directions
Step 1
Heat olive oil in a large saucepan. Add onion and garlic and saute until golden (about 5 minutes).
Step 2
Add flour and stir until blended.
Step 3
Stir in chicken stock and heat until the liquid thickens.
Step 4
Add the NIDO, broccoli, carrots and cook for about 20 minutes or until the vegetables are cooked.
Step 5
Add in the cheddar cheese and season with salt and pepper to taste.
