Directions
Step 1
In a bowl, whisk eggs, NIDO, water, sugar, vanilla extract, cinnamon and salt.
Step 2
Preheat a griddle over medium heat and use cooking spray to prevent sticking.
Step 3
Dip each bread slice into the beaten egg mixture and let it soak briefly. Flip and do the same to the opposite side.
Step 4
Cook each slice about 2-3 minutes per side on the griddle.
