Directions
Step 1
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Step 2
Mix yogurt, NIDO milk and vanilla extract in a medium bowl.
Step 3
Spread yogurt on the baking sheet about 1/2 inch thick.
Step 4
Scatter the strawberries, blueberries and crumbled graham crackers over top.
Step 5
Place in the freezer for about 2 hours or until hardened. Cut into 20 pieces for serving.
