Ingredients

  • 1 (23 ounces) DiGiorno® Original Thin Crust Four Cheese Pizza
  • ½ cup finely diced fresh pineapple
  • ¼ cup finely diced red bell pepper
  • 2 tablespoons finely diced red onion
  • 2 cups spring salad mix

Make It

Step 1

Preheat a gas grill to 400° F. Unwrap pizza from packaging and remove cardboard. Do not let pizza thaw. Place pizza on the grill and close lid. Grill for 6 minutes and then rotate 180°. Grill with lid closed for another 4 to 6 minutes or until cheese is melted and crust is dark.

Step 2

Combine pineapple, bell pepper and onion in a small bowl. Place salad mix on top of pizza. Top with pineapple salsa. Slice and serve.
