Ingredients
- ●4 fajita-size whole wheat tortillas
- ●½ teaspoon extra virgin olive oil
- ●½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
- ●Sliced ripe olives (optional)
Make It
Step 1
Use a sharp knife to cut out faces from 2 tortillas. Brush oil on both sides of all 4 tortillas. Place the 2 uncut tortillas on a baking sheet. Top each with ¼ cup cheese. Top with tortillas with cut-out faces.
Step 2
Bake at 400° F for 5 minutes or until golden and cheese is melted. Decorate with olives.
