- ●1/4 cup raisins
- ●1/4 cup toasted chopped pecans
- ●1/4 cup orange juice

Step 1
Place lettuce, squash, raisins and pecans in a large bowl. Whisk orange juice, oil, ancho chile powder and salt in a small bowl. Pour over salad; toss. Serve immediately.
