MAKE IT
Step 1
Spray medium ovenproof skillet with nonstick cooking spray. Heat over medium-high heat. Combine spinach soufflé with eggs and pour into skillet.
Step 2
Cook for 3 to 4 minutes or until bottom starts to brown. Sprinkle with cheese. Cover; cook for 1 minute more.
Step 3
Uncover; bake at 400° F for about 10 minutes or until the frittata is set and the top is golden.
