Instructions: For food safety and quality, follow these Slow Cooker Cooking Instructions:
Tip: It is recommended to use an oval cooker (not round) of at least 6-quarts so that the tray sits flat on the bottom of the cooker.
HIGH HEAT
From Frozen: Remove tray from box, and place entire tray in slow cooker (do not vent). Set cooker to High heat setting and cook for 4 hours (undisturbed).
LOW HEAT
From Frozen: Remove tray from box, and place entire tray in slow cooker. Set cooker to Low heat setting and cook for 5 hours (undisturbed).
Will be hot! Ensure product reaches an internal temperature of 165°F. Cooking time may need adjusting.
Remove tray carefully out of slow cooker to serve. When removing tray, take caution and wear oven mitts or use hot pads to carefully lift tray out of slow cooker.
