MAKE IT
Step 1
Defrost spinach soufflé in microwave on MEDIUM (50%) power for 5 to 6 minutes.
Step 2
Combine eggs and spinach soufflé in large bowl. Spray muffin tin with nonstick cooking spray. Divide egg mixture between cups. Sprinkle with cheese.
Step 3
Bake at 350° F for 20 to 24 minutes or until cooked through. Serve with hot sauce.
