MAKE IT
Step 1
Prepare chicken & vegetable rice bake according to package directions.
Step 2
Cut tops off tomatoes. Run knife along inner edge of tomato to cut segments, being careful to not cut through tomato. Use a spoon to gently pull out the segments. Fill each tomato with ½ cup chicken & vegetable rice bake. Top each with 1 tablespoon cheese. Place in baking dish.
Step 3
Bake, uncovered, at 350° F for 30 minutes or until tomatoes are softened.
