How To Prepare
Conventional Oven Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 375° F. DO NOT PLACE THIS BOWL IN THE OVEN - TRANSFER THE FOOD TO AN OVEN SAFE SHALLOW BOWL.
Step 2
Cover with foil, and place bowl in oven on center rack.
Step 3
Cook for 20 minutes, remove from oven and throughly stir, leave product uncovered and return to oven and cook for an additional 18 minutes.
Step 4
Carefully remove the dish and let cool for 2 minutes.

Step 1
Slit film to vent.
Step 2
Cook on HIGH 2 minutes and 15 seconds.
Step 3
Remove film, stir and re-cover.
Step 4
Cook on HIGH an additional 1 minute.
Step 5
Let stand for 1 minute.
Step 6
